What is a "Healthy" relationship anyways?

The second speciality that has felt easy to work beside are relationships. Relationships where people are often having a hard time feeling like their partner is easily understanding them, or being able to feel the support that they need. With attending school and getting my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I felt passionate to help people learn how to stay in love, and fall in love all over again.

This was also around the same time that cutting-edge research about Emotionally Focused Therapy was becoming international  I have been able to gain more understanding in how people can maintain connected, authentic, and sustainable relationship by utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy. This has been advance worked that can help lovers truly feel connected to their partner, and hold onto their strong bond when the heat is heavy and they get confused by the distance, disconnection, or loneliness in relationships.
